4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Street Smarts Matter may terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all access and use of the licensed content.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for course purchases are at the sole discretion of Street Smarts Matter. You may submit a request, and it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Third-Party Services

Some course materials may include content or tools provided by third-party services (e.g., payment processors, video players, scheduling tools). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Street Smarts Matter is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the course materials. All content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Users outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local laws.
